Which names can be registered

Letters a–z, digits 0–9 and hyphens; capitals make no difference.
Up to 63 characters before .best.
No hyphen at the start or the end, and no two hyphens in a row (except in internationalized names, which start with xn--).
Internationalized names in the scripts the registry offers, as listed by IANA.
